Absolutely, we are in business to be sure you are successful at your business venture, no matter how large or small. We offer as much or as little service as you expect or require. We will gladly set-up your Accounting system, train you or your staff and be your on-going support from that moment forward - provided you keep your account current (of course).

Will you assist me with payroll set-up and quarterly reporting ?

Yes, absolutely. The set-up is critical or a system to operate and calculate correctly. We offer payroll processing services for as little as $2.50 per paycheck ($ 5.00 minimum), then balance and reconcile all payroll tax liabilities and process all payments with the federal & state governmental agencies.

Can you process my work remotely to reduce my costs ?

Yes, we appreciate being able to work remotely to keep the mileage down on our vehicles and save your hard-earned dollars. We prefer a program called "LogMeIn" which allows our staff to log into your system to assist with questions, problems, or for normally operating activities. We also offer a secure file transfer system for you as a member of Quail Oaks Financial client database to transfer all sensitive data. This allows our staff the ability to quickly process your daily, weekly or monthly workload quicker and more accurately without imposing travel cost on you and your business.
